Pricing

All prices listed on Holmes Handcrafted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

LATHER reserves the right to change the price of products at any time with or without notice.

All payments are processed through Shopify. They accept Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Refunds & Returns

Please ensure your order is correct before placing as we do not accept returns or provide refunds for our products if you change your mind. 

We will offer a refund or exchange if you receive your order damaged or if it is faulty. Please get in touch with us using the contact form on our website within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellation of an order will only be accepted before your order has been dispatched. 

Privacy

Any personal information collected from you on our website is solely used to process your order. We will never record or share any of your details.

Images

All photos on this website are owned by LATHER. Any pictures used from this website must have prior approval and be credited.

Stock

We aim to keep stock levels as accurate as possible on our website, however occasionally a product may sell out at a market before we can update stock levels. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative, or a full refund.
